Debbie Escobar serves as Executive Director of All In One Care, bringing over 40 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs. Renowned for her expertise in special education and developmental disabilities, she is known for her compassionate, client-centered approach. Under her leadership, All In One Care provides expert, personalized guidance to families navigating care and support options

Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable support that strengthens families and promotes the safety, well-being, and independence of individuals with developmental disabilities.

We work with families and Regional Centers to provide services based on each consumer's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
